Resanta MC-5 is a simple but effective solution for protecting the welder’s eyes during welding, grinding, or cutting metal. This chameleon mask features an automatic light filter and a large viewing window measuring 100 x 60 mm, which automatically adjusts to the brightness of the environment. When a welding arc is detected, the mask dims in less than 1 millisecond to protect the eyes from harmful UV and infrared radiation. The solar panel and CR2032 battery provide power, and the mask continues to function even when the batteries are dead. A low battery indicator alerts you when it’s time to replace the batteries.The dimming level in the light mode is 4 DIN and in the dark mode it is 9-13 DIN. This welding mask has a double layer of crystals that allow the arc to be viewed from any angle. The TEST function allows you to check the functionality of the mask before starting work, eliminating the risk of accidental exposure to the welding arc. The body and headband are made from durable plastic, while an elongated protrusion in the chin area provides reliable protection for the collar area. An elastic lining prevents the mask from sliding during use and provides good fixation.
